Asthma and COPD are respiratory illnesses / medical conditions as you know. We DO NOT claim to solve or remedy either of these. However, this training improves the mechanics of your breathing, which means that more breath can get in and out of your system despite the medical issues.
Several of my students with these conditions have reported an improvement in their breathing after applying my techniques. But again I make no promise.
